Definitely good looking lable! Consistancy in product label is a good thing. One quick question though; is the label coated with anything that will protect the printing as the product thaws. One thing I have noticed as my cheeses thawed was that the labels became hard to read. The sweat from the thawing process (and I did thaw them in the refrigerator) made it difficult for me to determine both the name of the particular chevre as well as the ingredients… food for thought.
They are so-called “Waterproof Labels” and are expensive at $59.99 per thousand to not be waterproof. It also could have been the HP printer. I do not seem to have a problem as much with the Canon. Th HP could have been over-saturating the labels with ink. I did purchase some sealer, but it is another step with thought! ; spray the labels 24 hrs before using. It’s the thinking ahead part that sometimes gets away fro, me. Hopefully, the label issue will get better.
